Undergraduate Degree: B.S. in Biology with a minor in Health Promotion, Education, and Behavior from the University of South Carolina.

Public Health Interest: Previous research in the effects of obesogenic diets on immune function and fat-body morphology. Prospective focus in implementing public health outlooks in the clinical setting. As an aspiring physician, I want to reinforce the skills and knowledge I develop from this MPH program into practice as a health care provider.

About Me: For fun, I enjoy weightlifting and playing golf. I am passionate about fitness and nutrition (hence my PANU concentration), however, dessert is my favorite food! I also love my job on the nightshift as a trauma tech in the emergency department at a local hospital!
