Where I’m From: I am from the country of Liberia in West Africa and I have been in the United States for 6 years now.

Academic Background: I recently graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and I am equally on the Pre-med track.

Public Health Interest: I am interested in many fields of Public Health from data analysis, to policy evaluation. However, I aim to work within clinical or community settings and am passionate about the domains of emergency preparedness, infectious or chronic diseases, and genetics research.

Why I chose the MPH program at UNC Charlotte: I am certain UNC Charlotte will adequately prepare me for a career that has a meaningful impact both in the US and in International or foreign communities.
