Amy Money

I have been working in healthcare in the Charlotte area as an occupational therapy practitioner for the past eight years. Working at a hospital that serves a rural community, I have had the opportunity to see firsthand the realities of limited mental healthcare access, poor health education, and the consequences of unhealthy lifestyles. This is what drives me to further my education as I am currently pursuing an MPH with a concentration in Community Health Practice. I am passionate about healthy aging and the prevention of disease and disability. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and baking, relaxing outdoors, and spending time with my husband, three children, and our dog.
