Biography:
Kayla is from Mount Airy, NC, and chose UNC Charlotte to continue her education because the program fit her future career goals of working in health administration and she also completed her undergraduate degree here. In her career, she wants to start in hospital administration as a department head and slowly move her way up. She plans to work later in life as an administrator or director of an extended care facility or nursing home in order to make changes she has personally seen from past experiences.
