Public Health Interest: My main interests in public health are reproductive policy and maternal health, specifically in rural or underserved communities.
Why I chose the MPH program at UNC Charlotte: I chose the UNC Charlotte MPH program because I was ready to come back to my home city and continue my education. The program offered exactly what I was looking for in the Community Health Practice concentration, as well as small cohort and class size where I feel students can gain the most knowledge and build closer knit relationships.
About Me: I have two dogs, Fenley and Talullah, who are my pride and joy. I love all forms of reality T.V. (specifically any housewives franchise or anything Andy Cohen has produced). I am a big reader and love to read outside if possible. I love to try new restaurants and coffee shops with my friends, and have recently started my own cooking habit!
